Abstract

This study entitled Public Transportation Social Conflicts Against the Development of Online Transportation Modes in Malang City, by suggesting two problem formulations, namely, what are the causes of social conflicts that occur between public transportation and online transportation in Malang City and how to resolve conflicts between public transportation and online transportation in the City.
