Abstract
At the end of 2019, the world was shocked by the emergence of a new virus,namely Covid-19. Covid-19 is a family of viruses that cause respiratory tractinfections, ranging from the common cold to serious illnesses such as Middle EastRespiratory Syndrome (MERS) and Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome (SARS).With the high spread of Covid-19, the government issued a PPKM Policy which isa pandemic handling carried out to break the chain of Covid-19 spread. Theimplementation of the PPKM policy has a considerable influence on the life sector,one of which is for street vendors regarding the length of their business and limitedworking hours so that it affects their income.The purpose of this study was to find out how the income of street vendors(pkl) during the Covid-19 pandemic PPKM policy was in progress. The use of thisresearch is to find out changes in the income of street vendors during the PPKMpolicy of the Covid-19 pandemic.The research method used is descriptive with a qualitative approach. Theresearch location is on Jln. Mertojoyo Merjosari Park Area, Malang City. Inobtaining data using interview, observation and documentation techniques as wellas the informants, namely street vendors, totaling 5 people.The results of the research with the PPKM policy contained in the circularprovide changes in working hours so that it affects the income of the street vendorsthemselves. For example, with the Covid-19 pandemic and the enactmentof the PPKM policy, working are limited to 9 pm
