Abstract

Poverty has become a global problem experienced by all countries in the world. Poverty in Indonesia is a social problem that is always relevant to be studied continuously, because now the symptoms are increasing in line with the multidimensional crisis that is still facing the Indonesia nation. The government, in its efforts to reduce the high poverty rate, has several social policy programs, one of which is the Family Hope Program. The purpose of implementing PKH in Indonesia is to break the chain of proverty, the level of quality of human resources, and change the behavior of poor families who are relatively less supportive of improving the welfare of the poor. The Family Hope Program as based on the Minister of Social Affair Regulation Number 1 of 2018, in implementation, several problems still arise in the field. The purpose of this research is to see, describe, and analyze the implementation of the Family Hope Program (PKH) in Siraman Village, Kesamben District, Blitar Regency and to see, describe, and the inhibiting and supporting factors in implementing the family Hope Program (PKH), in Siraman Village, Kesamben District, Blitar Regency. The research method used is qualitative research. The techniques used in studying the data are observation, interviews, and documentation. Techniques used data analysis using data condensation, data display, conclusions drawing. The research location chosen was Siraman Village, Kesamben District, Blitar Regency. The results of the study show that the implementation of the Family Hope Program in Siraman Village, Kesamben District, Blitar Regency has been carried out well. Supporting factors include the establishment of good communication between assistants and KPM, assistants and KPM availability of competent, assistents availability of competent, clear bureaucratic structures, availability of SOPs. Mean while, the inhibiting factor was the lack of communication between PKH Implementers and the village and community, and there was no ATM machine available in the village to collect assistance.
