Abstract

PT Perusahaan Perdagangan Indonesia in running business is still using conventional marketing from mouth information and assisted by branches of PT Perusahaan Perdagangan Indonesia throughout Indonesia, the researchers determined the purpose of this research, namely to create a commercial website for marketing property assets owned by BUMN as information technology to assist asset owners in marketing and managing property data. Researchers use the Waterfall model in this research because researchers see the function of the waterfall model, the process must be completed in stages according to the flow determined by the research model. Design can be focused in each stage optimally and sequentially, because the design is not done in parallel. Designing in parallel results in errors and damage occurring during the development and manufacture of the system. Website-based BUMN-Owned Asset Marketing Application Design at PT Indonesian Trading Company using Visual Studio Code and XAMPP software in HTML and CSS using the CodeIgniter 3 Framework. those websites. This website also assists officers in managing asset property data according to asset category and availability. With a computerized process, Users such as admins can provide information about commercialized assets quickly on a website that is updated (latest) providing information efficiently to potential partners who are interested / looking for strategic assets owned by PT Perusahaan Perdagangan Indonesia and can help store company asset data needed by the company's internals.
