Abstract

This thesis is the result of research that examines the implementation of service information system audits related to e-government with the COBIT 5 approach at the Oro-Oro Dowo Village Office, Malang City. The purpose of this study is to determine the level of capability of e-government service information systems and to identify potential IT improvements. The methods used involve observation, interviews, literature studies, and questionnaires. The results showed that the maturity level of COBIT 5 implementation in the APO 02, 04, 07, 13 sub domains, and variable Y is level 3 established process with several areas that require more attention in efforts to improve system efficiency and security. Recommendations are given to improve IT governance, and monitoring in order to support the development of a better e-government service system at the kelurahan level. This research provides an insightful view of the potential for improvement in auditing e- government service information systems at the local level.
