Abstract
Cindy Aurel Angelyn Purwanto, Dr.Hj. Sri Hartini Jatmikowati, M.Si, Drs. Dwi Suharnoko, M.Si, Employee Procurement (Study of Implementation of Hospital Work Program Policies in the HR Sector Based on SPO Director of RSBM Number 562/SPO/Dir/RSBM/XII/2018 Concerning HR Recruitment at Ben Mari Hospital, Malang Regency). The hospital as a health service institution is inseparable from human resource planning. Therefore, recruitment is the most effective way to find job candidates suitable for the job position needed. Recruitment itself is a process of attracting, screening and selecting applicants. Recruitment functions as "The Right Man on The Right Place", where a manager in placing the workforce must be in accordance with the abilities and expertise they have. Based on this description, the formulation of the problem that can be formulated is "How is the recruitment of employees at Ben Mari Hospital, Malang Regency in 2022?" The purpose of this study was to find out and describe employee recruitment at Ben Mari Hospital. While the benefits are theoretically expected to provide a real description related to employee recruitment, especially at Ben Mari Hospital. And practically, researchers are expected to add insight and knowledge related to employee recruitment. For Merdeka Malang University, it is hoped that it will become a source of reading for students, especially regarding employee recruitment. For Ben Mari Hospital, it is hoped that it will become input or evaluation material, especially related to employee recruitment. In this study, researchers used qualitative research methods. The research location is at Ben Mari Hospital, Malang Regency, Jalan Raya Kendalpayak No.17, RT 004, RW 007, Kendalpayak Village, Pakisaji District, Malang Regency, East Java. The informants studied were 4 people selected using purposive sampling, consisting of 1 Personnel, 1 Nurse, 1 Security, 1 Community. HR recruitment at Ben Mari Hospital is the acceptance of new employees to fill vacant formations due to employees who have resigned or due to the need for additional work units. The recruitment was carried out with the aim of obtaining human resources that meet the quantity and quality in accordance with the requirements required by the hospital. In carrying out the recruitment process, the SPO used by Ben Mari Hospital are: 1) Planning, consisting of preparing the formation and allocation of procurement of new employees determined by the Director. 2) Admission procedures, consisting of administrative selection; written test and interview by the Committee concerned; conducting interview tests by the Director; medical check up. 3) Determination of prospective employees. 4) Appointment of prospective new employees, consisting of filling out an Employee Work Agreement; The determination of the first appointment is adjusted to the diploma.
