Abstract

This research aims to describe and analyze the implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) in Population Administration services in Tulusreja Village, Lowokwaru District, Malang City, as well as explaining the supporting and inhibiting factors in implementing Standard Operating Procedures. The research used is Qualitative Descriptive. Primary data sources come from interviews and secondary data sources come from archives and documents. The focus of research in this thesis is regarding the implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for Population Administration services, namely using the George Edwar III Model of public policy implementation, namely communication, disposition. bureaucratic structure and resources in Tulusrejo sub-district, Lowokwaru District, Malang City. The results of the research can be concluded that the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for Population Administration services have been stated neatly and clearly. but there are still people who still do not understand the procedures due to a lack of socialization from the Tulusrejo Village. The process of completing population administration is timely according to what is implemented in the SOP, and there is a clear legal basis for providing services.
