Abstract

Tourism is one of the industries that has a major impact on the economy of thecommunity around tourist objects as well as a large number of internet andsmartphone users, of course, it has an effect on the tourism sector, one of which isin Pronojiwo District, Lumajang Regency. Dissemination of information abouttourist destinations is only done through Instagram because there is no specialapplication for introducing tourism as a promotional medium so Instagram cannotcover all information such as culinary spots, accommodations, or places to restaround tourist attractions. The UI/UX design for tourist destinations in LumajangRegency using the User Centered Design method was made as a tourism promotionmedia which later on the design will be evaluated using the System Usability Scalemethod. The evaluation results obtained an average score of 86.6% which indicatesthat the application design is Acceptable or has been accepted by the user.
