Abstract
The demand for formwork for concrete structural works has led to the development of various systems, using different types of materials and equipment. Generally, the conventional formwork installation system uses wooden materials that can be disassembled and reassembled in a different form, but this means that the original components have a short life and are easily damaged over time. While the Knock down formwork system has a repetitive service life, it is more expensive at the beginning of use. If the need for mold materials increases, the cost of the mold is also higher, but the processing time can be done quickly. Determination of the formwork work zone to consider the time and cost efficiency of the formwork installation. The analysis results show that the use of the knock down formwork system is more efficient by only taking 83 days while the cost is IDR 7,203,522,966.67.
