Abstract

Bumi Coffee is one of the cafes in Malang Regency, Bumi Coffee sells coffee, milk and tea-based drinks. Apart from drinks, Bumi Coffee also sells a variety of snacks and modern foods. Such as french fries, nuggets, soft bone chicken, and others. The existence of purchasing data can be used as an analysis of purchasing patterns. To identify purchase patterns that occur simultaneously or repeatedly, the Apriori Algorithm is needed in processing purchasing data. With the rules resulting from the application of the Apriori Algorithm, it can be used as a basis for stocking items that meet the minimum support and minimum confidence values. Items that meet these rules are French Fries, Mix Snack, Nugget, Thai Tea, and Lemon Tea. The combination of these items meets the minimum confidence so that they can be used as a basis for carrying out stocks.
