Abstract
In using an information system for users, a reference for satisfaction data from the user's side is needed to develop the information system to suit the needs of its users. The success or efficacy of an information system can be seen from various aspects, for example, a system can contribute to an organization in achieving its goals. On the other hand, a system will be said to have failed if the system does not achieve its objectives in its use. The success or efficacy of an information system can also be measured according to the level of satisfaction of the system user, after the user uses the information system technology provided by the organization or company. If the consumer is satisfied with the product or service offered by the waiter and wants to return to using the product or service again. Therefore, a method such as EUCS is needed which can analyze and measure user satisfaction, the reason is to assess whether the information system that has been used is in accordance with the needs and satisfaction of its users with a 5- component assessment factor which includes 5 components, namely: Content, Accuracy ( accuracy), Form (format), Convenience (ease) and Timeliness (timeliness).
