Abstract

This research aims to design and implement a Web-based Learning Management System (LMS) using Typescript for the backend and Express framework, as well as VueJS for the frontend. The application is developed using the Agile development method and provides a Web- based LMS application with video and chat features to enhance interaction and the quality of online learning. The application also includes authentication and authorization features, course management, and course catalogs. The main interface of the application is divided into two roles, for students and instructors. Functional testing and evaluation have been conducted to ensure the application functions well and meets user requirements. The results of this research indicate that the LMS application has the potential to improve interaction and the quality of online learning, serving as an effective solution to support more interactive and responsive learning processes.
