Abstract

The implementation of a one-way traffic system on Kayutangan Street on February 20, 2023, had an impact on the community, causing confusion as the route they had been using was redirected and even rendered impassable. Based on BMKG data for the months of February to April in Kota Malang, there was a forecast of significant rainfall, potentially leading to flooding at various points in the city. These factors could result in traffic congestion, disrupting the community's commuting activities. The subject of this study is the CCTV website of Kota Malang, which is one of the implementations of smart government within the sub-dimension of public service. It provides CCTV monitoring services installed at various points in Kota Malang, allowing the community to monitor traffic conditions in real-time. This research aims to determine the extent of the success of the CCTV website of Kota Malang using the Delone & McLean IS Success method. The scope of this study is conducted in Kota Malang. The variables used include system quality, information quality, usability, and user satisfaction. Data collection is carried out by distributing questionnaires directly to both local and non-local residents of Kota Malang who have used the CCTV website of Kota Malang, with a sample size of 100, through Google Forms using the quota sampling technique. Linear regression analysis with the assistance of IBM SPSS 29 software is used in this study, which includes criteria such as validity testing, reliability testing, followed by conducting linear regression tests including partial influence significance tests (t-tests) and simultaneous influence significance tests (F-tests). Based on the analysis, the conclusion is drawn that all hypotheses are accepted, indicating that the CCTV website of Kota Malang can be categorized as successful.
