Abstract
In the context of the Ministry of State's technology information, it is considered essential to support the management processes of an institution. An example of this is the application of administrative processes that rely on information technology and computer applications within the Ministry of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Indonesia and its subordinate judicial bodies, known as the Human Resource Information System (SIKEP). The author conducted an analysis of data collected, focusing on a quantitative assessment of capabilities. This assessment was obtained directly from relevant parties using a checklist based on the COBIT 5 assessment tool template by ISACA. Subsequently, the results of the capability analysis were cross-referenced with established facts. The audit findings revealed that all processes within DSS01, DSS02, DSS03, DSS04, DSS05, and DSS06 have achieved a capability level of 5, which corresponds to an "Optimizing Process" status. This implies that all activities in the DSS domain for the human resource information system of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Indonesia have been effectively carried out, following established standards, and are subject to monitoring, measurement, and meticulous planning. The target level attained through the audit in this study is Level 5, indicating an "Optimizing Process." Consequently, the recommendation is to bolster control over ongoing processes to sustain the well-functioning procedures.
