Abstract
Almost all large companies create a competitive employee selection system to select and reward their best employees in order to increase productivity, performance and employee motivation. However, unfortunately, there are many factors that cause problems in decision making, such as discrimination factors, the subjectivity of dominant information, etc. For this reason, a decision-making system method was created, but the more advanced the times, the more complex the development of the decision-making methods that have been discovered, this ultimately becomes a challenge in itself to choose which method is more accurate. This research was carried out to compare the Profile Matching, TOPSIS, and MOORA methods to determine their accuracy values by carrying out sensitivity testing. From the experimental results it was found that the Profile Matching method had the highest result A6 with a preference value of 4.77, on the other hand for the Topsis and Moora methods the highest results were obtained for the same alternative, namely A2 with a preference value of 6.84 and 20.34. The conclusion that can be drawn from the results of this research is that if it is based on using sensitivity testing, the Topsis method is a better method which produces the 2 lowest values out of 3 sensitivity tests, with a value of 0.55 for sensitivity 1 and 0.28 for sensitivity 3.
