Abstract

This study aims to measure the effectiveness level of the Employee Information System (SIKAWAN) at Jombang General Hospital using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) method. The study involved 100 respondents with a distribution of 56% male and 44% female, and a dominant Generation Z proportion of 57%. The analysis results reveal several important findings. Perceived Ease of Use (PEOU) does not have a significant impact on the effectiveness of SIKAWAN. Perceived Usefulness (PU), Attitude Toward Using (ATU), and Behavioral Intention To Use (BITU) significantly influence the effectiveness of SIKAWAN. Simultaneously, the variables PEOU, PU, ATU, and BITU have a significant impact on the Actual Usage (AU) of SIKAWAN. The conclusion of this study is that usefulness, positive attitude, and intention to use SIKAWAN are more dominant in determining the system's effectiveness compared to ease of use alone.
