Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), and Return on Assets (ROA) on stock prices. The objects of this research are banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2021. By taking samples using porpusive sampling technique, in order to obtain a sample of 12 companies with 56 total data.
Tests in this study used classical assumptions consisting of normality tests, multicollinearity tests, heteroscedasticity tests and autocorrelation tests to determine data availability as research objects. The results of the study show that CAR, LDR and ROA simultaneously affect stock prices. Partially, CAR has no significant effect on stock prices. Meanwhile LDR and ROA have a positive and significant influence on stock prices.
