Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of research and development, intellectual capital and firm age on firm value. The type of data used in this research is secondary quantitative data. The data taken is the data of the pharmaceutical sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2013-2021. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling technique. The analysis technique used is descriptive statistics, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, F test, t test and coefficient of determination test. Theresultsobtainedfrom this studyareresearch anddevelopment haveapositiveandsignificanteffect on firm value. Intellectual capital and company age have a negative and significant effect on firm value.
