Thesis.Advisor: Maulid Agung Triono, SE., MM In Indonesia, various skincare brands are starting to develop rapidly to produce various typesof skincare products according to the skin needs of consumers. According to Kompas.co.id(2021), there is data on skincare product sales for the period 1-18 February 2021, whichrecorded 10 best-selling skincare brands online. The second best-selling skincare brand out often brands is Scarlett Whitening. In this study, Scarlett Whitening has various methods, namelyby determining the product. Products that are made can compete in market competition so thatproducts must be run in every company. Product quality is the excess of the product to carryout its functions, these advantages are like durability, reliability, and other attributes that arevaluable to the product as a whole In addition to products, prices directly affect the increase in sales within the company so thatproducts are also very influential in facing market competitors. Price is the quantity of valuesoffered to consumers in order to benefit from having or using products or services. In sellingScarlett Whitening, the prices offered are very affordable compared to other skincare products.In addition to products and prices, promotions also affect business retention. Promotion is anactivity that communicates the superiority of a product and attracts customers to buy theproduct
