Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of capital structure, company size and dividend policy on company value in coal mining sub-sector companies for the 2018-2022 period listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). There are 22 companies as a population and using the focus sampling technique there are 8 companies that meet the criteria as samples. The data source uses secondary data with documentation data collection techniques. The analytical tools used aremultiple linear regression tests, F tests and t tests. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that capital structure has an insignificant effect on company value, while company size is positive and significant and dividend policy has an insignificant effect on company value.
