Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of Return On Assets (ROA), Return On Equity (ROE), and Net Profit Margin (NPM) on Stock Returns. The object of this research is Property and Real Estate Companies that Go Public for the period 2018 – 2021. The sampling technique in this study is Purposive Sampling, which means that the companies taken must meet certain criteria. So that out of 81 companiesonly 11 companies met the sample criteria. Statistical analysis of the dataused multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption test, analysisof the coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing used the F test for simultaneous hypotheses and partial t test. The results of this study indicate that the variable Return On Assets (ROA) has an effect on stock returns, while Return On Equity (ROE) and Net Profit Margin (NPM) have no effect on stock returns. Taken together Return On Assets (ROA), Return On Equity (ROE), and Net Profit Margin (NPM) affect stock returns in Property and Real Estate Companies that GoPublic for the 2018 – 2021 period.
