Abstract

This study aims to see the effect of capital structure, profitability, and good corporate governance on firm value. This study uses data from manufacturing companieslisted on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2018-2022 period. This study usessecondary data, data sources obtained through the website www.idx.co.id. In this study,there were 74 companies as the population and 17 companies as the research sampleusing purposive sampling method. The data analysis method uses multiple linear analysissupported by SPSS version 16.0. The independent variables in this study are capitalstructure, profitability, and good corporate governance, while the dependent variable is firmvalue. The research results show that simultaneously capital structure, profitability andgood corporate governance have a significant effect on company value. Meanwhile,partially the capital structure variable has a positive and insignificant effect on companyvalue, profitability has a positive and significant effect on company value, and good corporate governance has a positive and insignificant effect on company value
