Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of financial compensation and non-financialcompensation on employee performance in Jawa Timur Park 1. The number of samples is40 respondents using a porposive sampling technique. The analysis technique usesmultiple linear regression using a significance limit of 0.05. Based on the results of datacalculations and analysis used, the linear regression equation is obtained, namely: Y = 16.568 + 0.105X1 + 1,011 X2 + e The results of the study show that there is a positive and significant influencebetween Nonfinancial Compensation on employee performance, with a significance of0.000 or less than 0.05. It can be said that the hypothesis which states that NonfinancialCompensation has an influence on employee performance is acceptable. There is nosignificant effect between Financial Compensation and employee performance, with asignificance level of 0.538 > 0.05. There is a significant influence between the variables ofFinancial Compensation and Non-financial Compensation jointly or simultaneously on theperformance of Jawa Timur Park employees with a significance level of 0.000
