Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of capital structure, liquidity, asset growth on profitability. This study takes objects in Property and Real Estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2018-2022. The population in this study were 92 Property and Real Estate companies, while the sample was obtained using purposive sampling method based on predetermined criteria, so that a sample of 12 Property and Real Estate companies was obtained. The dependent variable in this study is Return on Asset, while the independent variables are Debt to equity ratio, current ratio and Asset Growth. The data analysis method uses multiple linear regression analysis, F test, t test and the coefficient of determination which is tested using the classical assumption test. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously Debt to Equity ratio, Current Ratio and Asset Growth have a significant effect on Return on Asset in Property and Real Estate companies for the period 2018 2022. Partially, Debt to Equity Ratio have a significant negative, Current Ratio and Asset Growth have a significant positive effect on Return on Asset.
