Abstract

The study was conducted to test the impact of financial performance and dividendpolicy on the value of companies in the food and beverage sub-sector manufacturingcompanies listed in the EIB period 2018-2022. The study uses a financial ratio that includesthe profitability ratio measured by the return on asset (ROA), the liquidity ratio measureed bythe current ratio (CR), as well as the leverage ratio of the debt to asset ratio, while the dividendpolicy measures by dividend payout ratio. (DPR). The population of this study is 22 companies.A total of nine companies were selected through purposive sampling methods determined bycertain criteria. This type of research is quantitative which is analysed using the method oflinear regression analysis double test F and test t. Based on the results of the analysis foundthat profitability (ROA), leverage (DAR), and dividend policy (DPR) have a significant positiveeffect on the value of the company.
