Abstract

This study aims to (1) find out whether the Occupational Health and Safety (K3)program and work environment simultaneously and partially have a significant effect onemployee performance (2) to find out whether the Occupational Health and Safety (K3)program and work environment have a significant effect on employee performance.employee performance. The population in this study were all employees at theMuhammadiyah University Malang Public Hospital. The number of samples used in this study were 40 respondents. The sampling technique in this study was saturated sampling. The data collection technique used in this study was the questionnaire method. /questionnaire, documentation and observation.Data analysis used in this study used multiple linear regression analysis with a Siglevel <0.05. The results of multiple linear regression analysis obtained a regressioncoefficient (R) of 0.608 (F = 10.857; Sig 0.000 <0.05); and the coefficient of determinationis 0.370 or 37%. This shows that the Occupational Health and Safety (K3) Program andWork Environment simultaneously have a significant influence on employee performanceand partially the independent variables have a positive effect on employee performance,namely 2.254 and 2.856 with levels significant < 0.05 through the regression equation Y =2.960 + 0.195 X1 + 0.201 X2 + e.The results of this study indicate that the Occupational Health and Safety (K3)program and work environment have a significant influence both simultaneously andpartially on employee performance
