Abstract

The purpose of this study was to identify and analyze the influence of internal factors on employee performance, to identify and analyze the influence of the internal organizational environment on employee performance and to determine and analyze the influence of internal factors on employees and the internal organizational environment on PT. Idea Solusi Indonesia Malang Branch. This type of research is quantitative in the form of primary data obtained through questionnaires or questionnaires filled out by employees of PT. Idea Solusi Indonesia Malang Branch, and secondary data obtained from various library materials, both in the form of journals, books, articles and theses obtained from internet media related to research materials. Collecting data using simple random sampling method by distributing questionnaires to 54 respondents. This study uses the Multiple Linear Regression analysis method.
The approach used in this study is an associative approach. The population in this study are all employees of PT. Idea Solusi Indonesia Malang Branch totaled 54 people and the sample used in this study was the entire population, namely 54 people using a saturated sample. Data collection techniques in this study using a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques in this study used the Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Regression, t-test and F-test, and the coefficient of determination. Data processing in this study used the SPSS software program (version 25.00). Partially, employee internal factors have a significant influence on employee performance. Partially, the internal organizational environment has a significant effect on employee performance. Simultaneously the internal factors of employees and internal organizational environment have a significant influence on the performance of employees at PT. Idea Solusi Indonesia Malang Branch.
