Abstract

The problem of this research is that employee performance is not yet optimal, there are still some employees who complain about the work given and the work environment that is not optimal which results in decreased employee performance, from several problems that exist within PT. Agri Makmur Pertiwi Kediri, the author limits the problem of compensation, work environment and job satisfaction on employee performance at PT. Agri Makmur Motherland Kediri. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of compensation, work environment and job satisfaction on employee performance at PT. Agri Makmur Motherland Kediri. The research used in this study is a quantitative approach. In determining the sample of this study using a saturation technique (census) where the entire population is used as a sample of 62 people. The data collection technique used in this study was a questionnaire, to analyze the data and information needed, the authors used data techniques where hypothesis testing was used after going through stages such as distributing questionnaires. To test the quality of the questionnaire using validity and reliability tests. The analysis technique used in this study is a quantitative data analysis technique, namely using the calculation of numbers and then drawing conclusions from the test, with multiple linear regression, classical assumptions, partial tests, simultaneous, coefficient of determination. Based on the test results, compensation, job satisfaction and work environment have a significant effect on employee performance. Employee performance can be explained by the variables of compensation, job satisfaction, work environment on employee performance and the rest are influenced by other variables not examined.
