Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of capital structure, institutional ownership, and company size on company value in food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange for the 2017-2021 period. This research was designed using a quantitative approach. The type of research data used is secondary data, while the data source is obtained through the website www.idx.co.id. The population in this study are food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2021 period. The sample used in this study was selected using a purposive sampling method and a total of 35 samples were obtained. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression supported by SPSS version 26. The independen variabels in this study are capital structure, institutional ownership, and company size, while the dependent variabel is firm value. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously all the independen variabels in this study have a significant effect on the dependent variabel. Meanwhile, partially, capital structure has a negative and insignificant effect on firm value, institutional ownership has a significant positive effect on firm value, firm size has a positive and insignificant effect on firm value.
