Abstract
This research is expected to know the impact of organizational learning which has indicators of acquisition, distribution, interpretation, and organizational memory on teacher performance then the effect of knowledge transfer which has indicators of difficulty, breadth, intensity, and quality on teacher performance and the influence of organizational commitment which has indicators of commitment effective, sustainable commitment, and normative commitment to the performance of MTS-MA Hidayatul Mubtadi'in Tasikmadu Malang teachers. The population in this study were all MTS-MA Hidayatul Mubtadi'in Tasikmadu Malang teachers. 43 people participated in the study sample. The type of information used is quantitative information and the source of information used is essential information. The scientific tools used in this study are various straight relapse exams with the help of the Factual Bundle for Sociologies (SPSS) 23. It is hoped that teachers and leaders can benefit from the information obtained from this research. The information was handled using a variety of direct relapse investigation methods. Validity, reliability, and requirements tests were carried out first before multiple linear regression analysis was used to determine the effect of the independent variables on the dependent variable. Regression analysis shows that the performance of MTS-MA Hidayatul Mubtadi'in teachers is positively and significantly influenced by organizational learning, knowledge transfer, and organizational commitment. From the tests carried out simultaneously, organizational learning, knowledge transfer, and organizational commitment have a significant and positive influence on the performance of MTS-Ma Hidayatul Mubtadi'in Tasikmadu Malang teachers and there is also a dominant variable, namely the knowledge transfer variable.
