Abstract
The aims of the research were to find out how organizational climate influences knowledge sharing behavior, to better understand how innovative work behavior is influenced by organizational climate, to determine how knowledge-sharing influences innovative work behavior and to identify the effects of organizational culture on innovative work behavior, and what value sharing behavior is. knowledge mediates this effect. The research was conducted using a quantitative survey research methodology. The location of this research was conducted at PT. Indana, with a population of 50 employees of PT. Indana. Saturated Sampling Technique (census), namely a sampling strategy that uses the entire population as a sample was chosen as a non-probability sampling method, so 50 respondents who were all PT. Indana employees will be used as research samples. The technique of collecting measured data is used to create variable indicators, which are obtained using a Likert scale. Data analysis techniques using inferential statistical analysis were used to test the proposed research hypotheses, and conclusions were drawn as a result. Partial Least Squares is an inferential statistical technique used in this research analysis. The results of organizational climate research have a positive and significant effect on knowledge sharing behavior. this shows that the organizational climate that is set is good and right, the knowledge sharing behavior will also be better. The organizational climate variable has a positive and significant effect on innovative work behavior. this shows that a good organizational climate can increase innovative work behavior. In the knowledge-sharing behavior variable, it has a positive and significant effect on innovative work behavior. this shows that the knowledge sharing behavior that is determined is good and correct, the innovative work behavior will also be better. Furthermore, the organizational climate variable has a positive and significant effect on innovative work behavior through knowledge sharing behavior. This shows that if the employee's organizational climate is determined to be good and correct, the innovative work behavior will also be better, then the behavior of sharing knowledge can mediate organizational climate.
