Abstract

In the era of advances in information technology, information systems have developed rapidly to efficiently meet various user needs, including in the library context. This research aims to evaluate the level of user satisfaction with the Library Information System at Merdeka University Malang, which utilizes various applications and websites such as SLiMS and digital libraries. Using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) method, this research assesses the factors that influence user acceptance and satisfaction with the Library Information System. The evaluation results show that perceived ease of use has a significant impact on user satisfaction, while perceived usefulness does not show a significant influence in this context. Other factors such as system reliability and suitability of features to user needs also influence overall satisfaction. This research emphasizes the importance of evaluating user satisfaction in improving the quality of Library Information System services.
