Abstract
Employee performance can be influenced by several factors including discipline, reward, and also job satisfaction. This study aims to determine how the influence of discipline, rewards, and job satisfaction on employee performance at the Baitul Maal Tamwil Sharia Financing Cooperative 'Bina Insan Mandiri', East Java, Tuban Regency.
This study uses quantitative research through distributing questionnaires and literature methods to obtain data. The population and sample in this study were employees of the Baitul Maal Tamwil 'Bina Insan Mandiri' East Java Savings and Loans Cooperative, Tuban Regency, namely 50 employees. The sampling technique uses saturated sampling technique by making all members of the population as samples. The variables in this study are Discipline (X1), Reward (X2), Job Satisfaction (X3), and Employee Performance (Y). Methods of data analysis using validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test, and coefficient of determination test with the help of IBM SPSS 26.0 for Windows software.
The results of this study indicate that: 1) Discipline variable (X1) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The test results were tested through the t test and obtained tcount > ttable of 7.132 > 2.012 with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. 2) The reward variable (X2) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The test results were tested through the t test and obtained tcount > ttable of 4.261 > 2.012 with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. 3) Job satisfaction variable (X3) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The test results were tested through the t test and obtained tcount > ttable of 3.017 > 2.012 with a significance value of 0.004 <0.05. 4) Discipline, reward, and job satisfaction variables have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The test results were tested through the F test and obtained Fcount > Ftable of 33.200 > 2.81 with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05.
