Abstract

This study aims to analyze the simultaneous and partial effects of leadership style, communication, and work environment variables on the performance of employees of PT PN XIII Kebun Ngabang. This research is a type of quantitative research. To obtain data in this study, researchers used primary data through questionnaires with a total of 60 employee respondents. Sampling technique using a full census. The analysis used includes validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, hypothesis test and determination test. The results of data analysis show that there is a simultaneous influence of leadership style, communication, and work environment variables on the performance of employees of PT PN XIII Kebun Ngabang. The work leadership style variable partially has a positive effect on the performance of employees of PT PN XIII Kebun Ngabang. The communication variable partially has a positive and insignificant effect on the performance of employees of PT PN XIII Kebun Ngabang. Work environment variables partially have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT PN XIII Kebun Ngabang. The work leadership style variable has a dominant effect on the performance of employees of PT PN XIII Kebun Ngabang.
