Abstract

Leadership style and work environment is something that means in an agency because it can affect employee performance. This study seeks to identify the impact of the variables of Leadership Style and Work Environment together (simultaneously) and individually (partial) on the performance of employees at the Sukun sub-district office in Malang. The type of research used in this study is quantitative with primary data sources. The sampling technique in this study is a saturated sample technique or a census technique because the number of employees is small, namely 35 employees. The data collection method in this study used a questionnaire and used a Likert scale. In this study, the data analysis techniques used by the researchers were descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linear regression analysis (F test, t test, coefficient of determination). In this study, the data were processed using SPSS. 28.0 For Windows. There is a significant influence simultaneously or partially between leadership style and work environment on employee performance in the results of this research and leadership style is more dominant in influencing the performance of office employees in the Sukun District, Malang City.
