Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the production process which has indicators of labor, machine and time on product quality and the effect of raw material quality which has indicators of raw material quality, availability of raw materials, sources of raw materials and raw material prices on product quality in jenang as a whole. partial and simultaneous at Jenang Mirah Company in Ponorogo. The type of research used is associative research. The population in this study are employees who work at the Jenang Mirah Company in Ponorogo. The sample used was 45 respondents consisting of all employees. In this study using data collection techniques used is the distribution of questionnaires (Questionnaire). The data analysis technique is a quantitative descriptive technique which aims to analyze a problem that occurs in a study. The analytical tool used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis with the help of Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) 25. The type of data used is quantitative data and the data source used is primary data. The results of this study explain that the quality of the production process has a positive and significant effect on product quality at the Jenang Mirah Company in Ponorogo with a significance result of .006 and the quality of raw materials has a positive and significant effect on product quality at the Jenang Mirah Company in Ponorogo with a significance result of .000. From simultaneous testing, it was found that the quality of raw materials and production processes had a joint effect on product quality at the Jenang Mirah Company in Ponorogo and there was also a dominant variable, namely the variable quality of raw materials.
