Abstract
This study aims to analyze and determine the effect of employee bonuses and work motivation on employee performance at the Kebon Agung sugar factory in Malang. The number of samples used as many as 64 employees using a random technique based on area. Data collection techniques using interviews and questionnaires. Data analysis technique using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis using SPSS 25 The Multiple Linear Regression Equation produces Y= 9.513 + 0.298X1 + 0.388X2. The results of this study indicate that the variable of giving bonuses and work motivation simultaneously has an effect on employee performance and the arithmetic value is Fcount > Ftable (28,797 > 3,145). The result of the coefficient of determination (Adjusted R square) is 0.469 which shows that the variable giving bonuses and work motivation is able to contribute to the Employee Performance variable by 46.9% while the remaining 53.1% is influenced by other variables outside the research variables. The variable that has the dominant influence is the work motivation variable between the two variables with the result value of the Beta coefficient of work motivation having a value of 0.503 with a significant value of 0.000.
