Abstract

This study aims to determine the Effect of Physical and Non-Physical Work Environment on Employee Performance at the Department of Industry and Labor in Bojonegoro Regency. The type of research used in this research is quantitative with a sample of 57 respondents. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire technique with a Likert scale. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression tests. Based on the results of the study, it shows that the Physical Work Environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance where the t count is greater than t table (3.160> 1.673) and sig. 0.033<0.05. While the Non-Physical Work Environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance where the calculated t value is greater than t table (2.376> 1.673) and sig. 0.021<0.05. So the results of the study stated that the physical work environment and non-physical work environment partially had a positive and significant influence on employee performance at the Bojonegoro Regency Trade and Industry Office.
