Abstract

This study aims to analyze the combined and partial effects of job motivation and leadership variables on employee performance in Perumda Tirta Kanjurhan Malang Regency. This study is a kind of quantitative study. To obtain data in this study, the researcher used primary data through a questionnaire sent to a total of 98 respondents by staff working at his Perumda Tirta Kanjulhan Malang Regency. The sampling technique used is Simple Random Sampling. The analyzes used include plausibility testing, reliability testing, classical hypothesis testing, hypothesis testing, and deterministic testing. Data Analysi Results showed that job motivation and leadership variables simultaneously partially influenced employee performance in Perumda Tirta Kanjulhan Malang Regency. Leadership variables have a dominant effect on the performance of Perumda Tirta Kanjulhan Malang Regency employees.
