Abstract

This research was conducted at PT Pelindo III (Persero) Sub Regional Java Surabaya. The purpose of this study is to describe OSH (occupational safety and health), work motivation, work environment on employee performance at PT Pelindo III (Persero) Sub Regional Jawa Surabaya, analyze the influence of OSH (occupational safety and health), work motivation, work environment on the performance of employees of PT Pelindo III (Persero) Java Surabaya Sub Regional. The variables used in this study are K3 (occupational safety and health), work motivation, work environment as independent variables, while employee performance is the dependent variable. The sample used in this study were 50 employees at PT Pelindo III (Persero) Sub Regional Java Surabaya using multiple linear regression analysis method. The results of the study show that K3 (occupational safety and health), work motivation, work environment have a significant effect on employee performance at PT Pelindo III (Persero) Sub Regional Java Surabaya.
