Abstract

The aim of this research is 1) To determine the effect of Excellent Service on Public Satisfaction 2) To determine the effect of Employee Performance on Public Satisfaction, and 3) To determine the effect of Timeliness on Public Satisfaction. The population in this research is about 750 people, and the quantity of samples used is 90 respondents. The sampling technique used is Accidental Mix Sampling. The data collection technique used is through a questionnaire. The data analyze used multiple linear regression. The result of relation between Excellent Service on Public Satisfaction is T count about 1,111 and T table about 1,991. Furthermore, between Employee Performance on Public Satisfaction is T count about 1,147 and T table about 1,991. Furthermore, between Timeliness on Public Satisfaction is T count about 3,938 and T count about 1,991. Can be concluded that this research found a significant influence partially Timeliness on Public Satisfaction in Department of Population and Civil Registry
