Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of BOPO, LDR, CAR, NPL and NPM on ROA at commercial banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This research was conducted on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, using financial report data published over a period of 4 years, from 2018 to 2021. The research variables consisted of independent variables, namely BOPO, LDR, CAR, NPL, NPM and the variable ROA. . The analytical method used is the classical assumption test consisting of normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, and autocorrelation test. The technique used is multiple linear analysis and determination analysis. In addition, hypothesis testing was also carried out using the F test to determine the effect together and the t test to determine the partial effect. The results of this study indicate that the BOPO, LDR, CAR AND NPM variables have a positive effect on ROA and NPL have a negative effect on ROA. Meanwhile, from the fifth variable, only BOPO, LDR and NPM variables have a significant effect on ROA, while the CAR and NPL variables have no significant effect on ROA.
