Abstract

This study aims to determine whether financial performance indicators, such as Return On Assets (ROA), Return On Equity (ROE), and Net Profit Margin (NPM) influence Stock Returns. This research uses quantitative research methods with this type of research, namely 24 food and beverage subsector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange with a research sample of 11 food and beverage subsector manufacturing companies that meet the criteria. The sample forthis research consists of food and beverage subsector manufacturing companies listedon the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2020-2023. Data was collected using a purposive sampling method and analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis techniques.
The results of the research show that Return On Assets (ROA) partially has apositive effect on stock returns in food and beverage subsector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2020-2023, Return On Equity (ROE) partially has a negative effect on stock returns in companies the food and beverage manufacturing subsector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2020-2023, and Net Profit Margin (NPM) partially has a positive effect on stock returns infood and beverage subsector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2020-2023.
