Abstract

The main purpose of this study was to determine the effect of financial performance on stock returns of conventional banking companies. To achieve the research objectives, the financial performance used in this study is Capital Adequacy, Liquidity and Profitability. The object of research is conventional banking. The sampling technique in this research is purposive sampling with the number of samples in the study there are 10 conventional banking companies. The results of this study indicate that the Capital Adequacy Ratio, Return on Assets, Loan to Deposit Ratio, simultaneously have a significant effect on stock returns of conventional banking companies. Partially Capital adequacy ratio, return on assets has a significant positive effect on stock returns. Loan to Deposit Ratio has no significant effect on stock returns.
