Abstract

In the era of globalization, everyone is expected to be able to compete independently, both young and old. Many people look for jobs in different companies with different professions just to fulfill the needs they dream of. The development of the fashion world in Indonesia is currently also very rapid. Everyone is competing with each other to become a famous Talent model. Talents are humans who have different qualities from other humans.
This study aims to determine the effect of competency, aptitude and Talent training on the quality of Talent in the nine models agency Malang. By using saturated sampling techniques as many as 88 respondents, and using interviews, questionnaires, and observation research methods. For data analysis techniques in this study using validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression tests, t tests, model tests, and tests predominantly using SPPS for Windows version 16.0.
The results of the study it shows that Competency, Aptitude and Training are feasible to continue and research can be carried out with a Sig value of 0.000 < 0.05 while partially Competence gets a value of Sig. 0.200 > 0.05 which means that competence has no significant effect on the quality of the Nine Models Malang Talent Agency, Talent with Sig. 0.001<0.05 which means that Talent has a significant influence on the quality of the Nine Models Malang Talent Agency and Training with Sig. 0.014 <0.05 which means that training has a significant effect on the quality of the Talent Agency Nine Models Malang.
