Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of Profitability, Capital Structure AndDividend Policy on Company Value. samples were taken using saturated samples. Thepopulation taken is manufacturing companies listed in the LQ45 index on the IndonesiaStock Exchange for the 2020-2022 period. From a population of 14 manufacturingcompanies, 14 manufacturing companies were obtained as samples with an observationperiod of 3 years (2020-2022), meaning that the entire sample population was used.Multiple Linear Regression Data Analysis, based on the results of the analysis, it isconcluded that Profitability (ROA) has a positive effect on Company Value, CapitalStructure (DER) has no positive effect on Company Value and Dividend Policy (DPR) hasa positive effect on Company Value.
