Abstract

This thesis entitled "The Influence of Leadership Style on Employee Performance byMediating the work environment in Malang Town Square" was written by Eaudia IreneRevinda, NIM 19022000238, Supervisor Dr. Pudjo Sugito MBA. Leadership style andwork environment are things that influence and can improve employee performance. Acomfortable work environment and healthy leadership will make employees moreproductive and provide maximum work results. Leadership and work environmentsignificantly affect the performance of employees at the Malang Town Square Mall, thiscan be seen by conducting research with 51 respondents using questionnaires to variouspositions in the Malang Town Square Mall company. The results of this study show thatleadership style has a significant and positive effect on employee performance and thework environment also has a significance and positive impact
