Abstract
This study aims to find out and analyze how the influence of Quality of Work Life (QWL),Organizational Communication and Motivation on employee performance in the Populationand Civil Registration Office of Pasuruan City. The number of samples used was 51employees using a sampling technique using a saturated sample (census). This study usesprimary data obtained by distributing questionnaires to all employees of the Pasuruan CityPopulation and Civil Registry Service. The analysis technique used in this research is usingmultiple linear regression analysis which is operated through the SPSS program. The results of this study indicate that the Quality of Work Life (QWL) and OrganizationalCommunication and Motivation partially have a significant influence on the performance ofthe population service employees and the registration of the Pasuruan City Spil.Meanwhile, simultaneously Quality of Work Life (QWL) and Organizational Communicationand Motivation have a significant effect on the performance of employees of the PasuruanCity Population and Civil Registration Service with the variable that has the dominantinfluence on employee performance, namely the Organizational Communication variable
