Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Quality of Work Life and Communication on employee performance at CV Pretty Abadi Indonesia. The number of samples used was 44 employees using a saturated sample technique (census). The data collection technique used a questionnaire, while the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study show that partially and simultaneously the variables Quality of Work Life and Communication have a significant effect on employee performance with the variable having the dominant influence on employee performance, namely the Quality of Work Life variable.
