Abstract
This study aims to describe knowledge sharing, work ethic, and employeeperformance, determine the simultaneous influence of knowledge sharing, work ethic,and teamwork on employee performance, and identify the partial influence of knowledgesharing, work ethic, and teamwork on employee performance. The sample in this studyinvolved 75 employees of BCA Branch Malang. The analysis technique used was multipleregression analysis.The analysis results indicate that employee performance is formed by quantity,quality, and timeliness. Respondents highly value the quantity and quality indicators indescribing employee performance. Knowledge sharing is formed by knowledge donatingand knowledge collection. The main factor that builds knowledge sharing is reflected inthe belief of employees that sharing knowledge is important for team progress.Employees exhibit a good work ethic through hard work, smart work, and sincere work.The key factor that builds work ethic is sincere work, reflected in serious and passionateeffort. Teamwork is formed by shared responsibilities, mutual contribution, optimalutilization of abilities, and effective communication. The main factor that enhancesteamwork is mutual contribution, reflected in assigning tasks according to team members'abilities.
